PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take in a signal automatically by sorting out a rewriting signal from a needless signal such as a noise signal, by determining the signal automatically as a stable rewriting image signal.;SOLUTION: When image data to be input are always compared and it is determined that variation is not caused for a fixed time, data are stored in a storage device as a rewriting image, and display content of a display element is rewritten. A mark is given to a portion of the image data so as to know that they are data to be rewritten so as to perform discrimination exactly. Also, when a screen is rewritten, only a changed part is detected, and when only this part is rewritten, rewriting can be performed for a shorter time than a time required for rewriting the whole screen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
