PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control contribution amount management apparatus and a control contribution amount management method which enable transactions of a control contribution amount contributing to control greenhouse gas emission even with small capital.;SOLUTION: The control contribution amount management apparatus 1 includes: a transaction control contribution amount information database 13C storing control contribution amount information related to a plurality of small control contribution amounts obtained by splitting a control contribution amount contributing to control which is assigned to a project for the control of greenhouse gas emission; an input reception means for receiving input of identification information for identifying control contribution amount information stored in the transaction control contribution amount information database 13C; an extraction means for extracting control contribution amount information identified by the identification information the input of which is received by the input reception means, from the transaction control contribution amount information database 13C; and a settlement means for executing settlement processing of a small control contribution amount concerning control contribution amount information extracted by the extraction means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
