PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a heat-resistant steel casting by welding which has excellent low cycle fatigue properties, and also can be achieved by simple equipment, and to provide a heat-resistant steel casting having a part repaired by welding.;SOLUTION: In the first stage, a groove 14 formed at the objective part 12 for repairing by welding in a base material 10 is subjected to buttering welding using covered arc welding so as to form a buttering weld zone 20. In the second stage, TIG remelt treatment is performed so as to melt the buttering weld zone, and thereafter, the zone is solidified so as to form a TIG remelt-treated zone 30. In the third stage, buttering welding is performed by covered arc welding so as to form a first normal weld zone 40 on the TIG remelt-treated zone.
