PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a reagent for specifically labeling a thiol group of the objective material with a labeling material bonding to the thiol group simply within a short time, to provide a method for labeling the thiol group, and to provide a method for measuring activity of cyclin-dependant kinase, using the reagent.;SOLUTION: There are provided a method for labeling the thiol group by reacting the objective material with 5-iodoacetamidofluorescein in the presence of N-hydroxysuccinimidyl ester, a method for labeling the thiol group, including a step for introducing the thiol group in the substrate protein of the cyclin-dependant kinase, and also a method for measuring the activity of the cyclin-dependant kinase is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
