ROOFTOP GREENING APPARATUS AND ROOFTOP GREENING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop greening apparatus supplying with easy facilities, water to greening plants planted in a planar area, and to provide a rooftop greening method.;SOLUTION: The rooftop greening apparatus for supplying water to greening plants planted in a planar area of a rooftop of a building includes a water tank 1 which is adjacent to one side of an area where greening plants 6 are planted, a water supply part 2 which supplies water to the water tank 1, a negative pressure member 4 which is set along one side adjacent to the greening plants 6 in the water tank 1, and a water absorbing sheet material 3 which is laid on the top of a rooftop of a building across a nearly whole area of the area where the greening plants 6 are planted. One end of the negative pressure member 4 is soaked in water stored in the water tank 1, and the other end is drawn to be superposed on the end of the water absorbing sheet material 3, crossing over the side of the water tank 1. Furthermore, the negative pressure member sucks up water from the water tank 1 through a capillary phenomenon and supplies water to the water absorbing sheet material 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
