PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction system which performs highly efficient heat recovery by heat exchange of the outside air using geothermal heat and a heat exchanger in ventilation of a building, reduces heat loss due to exhaust ventilation and power consumption, and constructs a sanitary indoor environment.;SOLUTION: In a first air supply path of a ventilation path, the outside air is introduced under the floor to absorb geothermal heat. The air absorbing the geothermal heat is heat exchanged again with a heat exchanger.
