CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM ENABLING HIGHLY EFFICIENT HEAT EXCHANGE IN VENTILATION OF BUILDING WITHOUT CONDENSATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction system which performs highly efficient heat recovery by heat exchange of the outside air using geothermal heat and a heat exchanger in ventilation of a building, reduces heat loss due to exhaust ventilation and power consumption, and constructs a sanitary indoor environment.;SOLUTION: In a first air supply path of a ventilation path, the outside air is introduced under the floor to absorb geothermal heat. The air absorbing the geothermal heat is heat exchanged again with a heat exchanger. Stepwise temperature zones are set, and the air is supplied to a room above the floor, which serves as a second air supply path, thereby preventing condensation in the temperature zones to perform sanitary ventilation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
