PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow accretion prevention cover for a flange part in a steel pipe structure which enables a cover body to be easily installed on the flange part irrespective of whether the diameters of steel pipes and joint flange parts of a transmission line tower or the like are large or not and which can further reduce public hazards due to the fall of stacked snow by adding snow accretion-resistance for snow accretion prevention to the surface of the cover body.;SOLUTION: This snow accretion prevention cover for a flange part in a steel pipe structure includes a cover body which forms a generally truncated snow accretion prevention surface part near the flange part by applying a plurality of divided cover pieces to near the flange part in the steel pipe structure and also forms an edge part coming into contact with the flange part by bending from the bottom end of the snow accretion prevention surface part inward. The divided cover piece includes a circular plate-like erected upper edge part, a circular tilted surface part expanded from the erected upper edge part in a generally fan shape, and a generally truncated lower edge part which is bent from the lower edge of the circular tilted surface part inward and comes into contact with the flange part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
