PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain, with a simple configuration, exciting force of an extraction port downstream side stage blade increased by unevenness of a steam pressure in a rotor peripheral direction generated when a large amount of steam is extracted from a steam turbine casing.;SOLUTION: In a vibration preventing method of the steam turbine for preventing vibration caused by uneven distribution of a steam flow (a) on the extraction port downstream of the steam turbine casing 1, pressure loss is generated in the high pressure steam flow by a baffle plate 20 confronting the stage blade 13 downstream of the extraction port and disposed upstream or downstream of the blade part to which the high pressure steam flow is applied in the rotor peripheral direction (b), and the steam pressure applied to the stage blade 13 is uniformized along the peripheral direction of a rotor shaft 2, and thereby, the exciting force generated in the stage blade by the steam flow can be restrained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
