PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal multi-blade fan, a centrifugal blower using the centrifugal multi-blade fan and a manufacturing method of the centrifugal blower capable of preventing increase of man day and capable of detecting a rotating state without restricted by a structure of a drive body side of the centrifugal multi-blade fan.;SOLUTION: The sirocco fan (the multi-blade fan) 10 is rotated and driven by an electric motor 20 and a laser beam is radiated toward a side face 16 opposite to the motor of a disk part 14 of the sirocco fan 10. The rotation state of the sirocco fan is detected based on a reflection light from a tip end surface 171 of a protrusion part 17 of which crossing angle with a rotation shaft is different from that of an extending surface 19 in a circumferential shape.
