PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy consumption as much as possible by properly setting an aimed condition point in the case the outside air condition point is on the lower humidity side relatively to the aimed temperature and humidity line when conditioned air to be supplied to a coating booth 30 is produced by adjusting the temperature and humidity of outside air. PSOLUTION: When the enthalpy of outside air and the enthalpy of water to be sprayed to the outside air are different, the aimed state point set at the crossing point of a constant enthalpy curve equal to the enthalpy of the outside air and an aimed temperature-humidity curve is corrected depending on the enthalpy of the water.
