PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel hose evaluating test device for acquiring a tendency similar to that of actual travelling test in a shorter time than a conventional immersion test method without requiring skilled technique by setting conditions approximate to actual working conditions, and to provide a fuel hose evaluating method.;SOLUTION: In the fuel hose evaluating test device, test oil (1) whose temperature is regulated flows in a hollow portion of a tubular specimen (2). The test oil flows out of a reservoir means (3) reserving the test oil exposed to air into a flow path (5) which passes through a heating means (4) separate from the reservoir means back to the reservoir means.
