PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that though the inventors have proposed that a brain wave data spectrum can serve as an index, and that brain data spectrum tilt value should be used as an index of the subject's conditions, no progress has been made yet so as to distinguish the conditions of a subject by using only the tilt values, since the tilt varies according to the subject's conditions.;SOLUTION: A device for time-series data analysis is provided to solve this problem, which includes a segmental conditions input part, an analytic conditions input part, an optimum analytic conditions deriving part that under both segmental and analytic conditions input to respective input parts, analyzes all respective segments by maximum entropy and nonlinear minimum square methods under all analytic conditions, selects an appropriate optimum segment and appropriate analytic conditions based on all the analysis results and derives optimum segment length and lag values corresponding to them, and an analysis execution part to execute an analysis by the maximum entropy method, by using the optimum analytic conditions derived.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
