NAVIGATION APPARATUS, TRAFFIC INFORMATION GENERATION SERVER DEVICE, AND TRAFFIC INFORMATION PROVISION SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus for preparing traffic information for determining congestion states in an express main way exiting to an expressway exit road corresponding to an interchange (IC exit, JCT) and a rest facility (SA, PA), and the expressway exit road, and for confirming easily the congestion states of the expressway facility, a traffic information generation server for providing the congestion information of the expressway facility, and a traffic information provision system. PSOLUTION: The traffic information is displayed while correlated with the expressway facility, when acquiring the traffic information indicating the congestion state in at least one of the expressway exit road to the facility and the express main way exiting to the expressway exit road in the facility generated using probe information collected in the express main way and the expressway exit road traveling when reaching the facility, as to the expressway facility such as the interchange and the rest facility existing in the expressway.
