PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioasphalt which permits the reforming of a heavy residual oil, a tertiary recovery crude oil and a non-conventional type crude oil simply and at a small scaled-plant, and which is capable of suppressing an environmental pollution minimally in spite of obtaining a high yield.;SOLUTION: This bioasphalt is a bioasphalt including 100 parts of a residual oil and 10 or more parts of oils and fats, wherein the residual oil uses (a) a heavy residual oil derived from a crude oil, (b) a non-conventional type crude oil, (c) a reformed residual oil of (a) or (b), (d) a residual oil after coal liquefaction, or (e) a residual oil including at least 20% of any of residual oils of (a) through (d), wherein the oils and fats use flora and fauna oils and fats, fatty acid esters, reformed fatty acid esters or a mixture of one or two and more of these items.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
