PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and labor for the bonding work of precast concrete column and wall, and to secure the bonding strength between the column and the wall.;SOLUTION: A column wall member 12 includes the precast concrete column 24 and the precast concrete wall 26, and the wall 26 is integrated into the column 24. As the column wall member 12 is manufactured in a factory, the fixability of a horizontal reinforcement 46 arranged so as to extend between the column 24 and the wall 26 is improved to facilitate securing the bonding strength between the column 24 and the wall 26.
