PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite film excellent in hydrophilicity and lipophilicity, and a method for producing the same; to provide an organic-inorganic composite dispersion liquid producing the organic-inorganic composite film, and a method for producing the same; and to provide a component using the organic-inorganic composite film.;SOLUTION: The organic-inorganic composite dispersion liquid includes a microparticulate dehydration condensate (A1) of metal hydroxide and a particle of water-insoluble resin (B) having an anionic group, wherein the microparticulate dehydration condensate (A1) of metal hydroxide entirely or partially adheres to the water-insoluble resin (B) having an anionic group, and liquid property is pH 1-5. The organic-inorganic composite dispersion liquid is preferable for production of an organic-inorganic composite film including a particle of water-insoluble resin (b) the surface of which is partially coated with a microparticle of metal oxide (A2), and having a water contact angle of ≤20° and an n-hexadecane contact angle of ≤20°.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
