PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine generator mounted to a vehicle or the like for efficiently generating power, and an electric power collection system using the wind turbine generator.;SOLUTION: The wind turbine generator comprises a cylindrical member 2, a shaft 15 provided in the cylindrical member 2 along the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member 2, a plurality of blades 11, 12, 13 provided on the shaft 15, and a dynamo 25 provided outside the cylindrical member 2 to receive power transmitted from the shaft 15 via a belt 26 so that the blades 11, 12, 13 are rotated by wind passing through the inside of the cylindrical member 2 for power generation by the dynamo 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
