PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annotation data analysis technology of determining whether an annotation added to data relates to content of the data or not. PSOLUTION: The annotation data analyzer 1 includes a repetition control part 22 having: a data attribution topic estimating part 31 for calculating an attribution degree of a word assigned to a topic as to all the topics, to estimate a data attribution topic set 52, an annotation attribution topic estimating part 32 for calculating an attribution degree of the annotation attributing to the topic for all the topics, to estimate an annotation attribution topic set 53; a relevancy estimation part 33 for calculating a relevant probability and an irrelevant probability for each annotation, based on an annotation generation probability for each topic, to estimate a relevancy set 54; and a parameter estimation part 34 for determining a convergence of an objective function, using the sets 52-55 as inputs, and for updating a hyper parameter by an updating expression, when the objective function is not converged.
