PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: the quality of products varies according to the conditions of a site (site location, timing of work execution, seasons and the number of workers) in a conventional in-situ construction method (positioning, measurement, transportation of materials, cutting, assembling and water leak test); the conventional in-situ construction method is restricted in terms of resource saving, e.g., a case in which a certain material cannot be used can occur in terms of storage conditions, in particular, leakage of water can occur in a condominium such as an apartment house for the lack of execution work control of drain piping to cause a severe damage to an underfloor, which could be a problem of compensation.;SOLUTION: Materials are processed at facilities outside of the site (FJ construction method) to achieve assurance of high quality of products, enhance a product system per site, shorten the term of work at the site, achieve effective use of resources, reduce the number of workers, improve work and achieve many other advantages.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
