PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both quick synchronization of a cache with an original with small delay and a reduction of an access load from a client by providing two kinds of expiration dates set in an HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) header or the like and setting a browser holding period longer than a cache holding period.;SOLUTION: The load of a cache server by access from a browser, or the like can be reduced by setting the browser holding period for notifying a providing destination of an expiration date in an HTTP sufficiently long. In addition, the load of a file server can be reduced by controlling an interval at a cache server side with reference to an HTTP header, or the like about collation and redistribution requests from the cache server to the file server by setting the cache holding period sufficiently short, and a system configuration can be simplified by using an HTTP function.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
