PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure flow rate data of sewage.;SOLUTION: A measuring device for the inside of a sewage pipe 10 includes: a water level sensor 11 for performing non-contact measurement to obtain measurement data including water level data and flow rate data of a sewage pipe; a flow rate sensor 12; a control part 13 for controlling the sensors 11, 12 so as to execute measurement for measurement data in each measurement cycle; a data storage part 14 for storing pipe data of the sewage pipe 1; and a calculation processing part 15 for calculating flow rate data of sewage in the sewage pipe based on the measurement data and the pipe data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
