PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration evaluation process evaluation method capable of evaluating a production restoration process during a production restoration period from the occurrence of an earthquake to production restoration.;SOLUTION: In order to achieve the restoration evaluation process evaluation method, a CPU 120 of a computer 100 establishes a building 211 constituting production facilities 210, production equipment 220 for manufacturing an article, and a lifeline 240 related to the production as evaluation objects (S42).
