PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder base for fixing a plurality of sample holders prepared in corresponding to respective shapes of the plurality of samples having different thicknesses and sizes on one sample holder base simultaneously, and for analyzing surfaces of the samples with high reliability.;SOLUTION: The sample holders 1, 2 include: sample holder bodies respectively having sample housing parts 11, 16 for forming sample mounting spaces and holder fixing projection parts 35, 36 arranged on bottom parts of the sample housing parts 11, 16; and holder height adjustment tools respectively having spacers 13, 18 having recessed parts for housing the holder fixing projection parts 35, 36 on upper parts, holder fixing means (pressing screws) 15, 21 for fixing the holder fixing projections 35, 36 on the spacers 13, 18 in upper parts of the spacer 13, 18, and spacer fixing means (fixing screws) 14, 19 for fixing the spacers 13, 18 by inserting in either of the spacer mounting recessed parts m₁₄, m₂₄ in lower parts of the spacers 13, 18.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
