PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor information search method for efficiently and quickly searching a storage device where information about many people are stored in advance for information about a visitor. PSOLUTION: In an intercom system, feature data of a visitor are created by a master machine on the basis of an image photographed by a slave machine camera. A CPU of the master machine searches a white list for an acquaintance matching the visitor on the basis of the feature data of the visitor (S31). When there is an acquaintance matching the visitor (S33: YES), acquaintance information corresponding to the acquaintance is read from the white list (S35). When there is no acquaintance matching the visitor (S33: NO), a suspicious person matching the visitor is searched for in a blacklist on the basis of the feature data of the visitor (S41).
