PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an optical information recording medium in which recording capacity is increased and both of main data and sub-data are recorded; a recording apparatus which can record the sub-data; a counterfeiting preventing system which can prevent counterfeiting of the main data; and an authorizing terminal which can record code information.;SOLUTION: An absorption change area RA is formed according to a recording light beam L1a using a recording material such as a photochromic material in which two-photon absorption reaction is caused, and the absorption change area RA and a refractive index modulation area RB are combined as a recording mark RM using characteristics of the optical information recording medium which forms the refractive index modulation area RB according to a recording light beam L1b, thereby recording both of the main data and the sub-data in the optical information recording medium as the recording mark RM.
