PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental management information system for supporting the selection of the measure plan of effective environmental load reduction.;SOLUTION: An environmental accounting system 10 includes a measure information DB122 for storing a measure information table in which measure plan data related with the measure plan of environmental load reduction are registered. Also, a simulation part 113 of the environmental accounting system 10 specifies priority items for specifying a measure plan to be executed from among an "investment sum", "cost-versus effect value", "environmental preservation effect value" and "integral evaluation value (weighted)", and sorts measure plan data in the measure information table on the basis of a value corresponding to the priority items, and calculates the cumulative value of the environmental preservation effect values or the like with respect to the sorted measure plan data, and outputs the sort results and the cumulative value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
