PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely identify a person according to the situation of the person included in an image. PSOLUTION: A person identification device 10 identifies the person included in videos photographed in different periods, and includes: an identification element extraction means 15 which extracts the identification element of the person; an identification element selection means 16 which selects an identification element not to be used from among already identification elements according to a photographic condition preset based on a feature quantity obtained by the identification element extraction means; and an identification means 17 which identifies the person using the identification element obtained by the identification element selection means.
