PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable incontinence care article used for preventing incontinence by a male dog or in a care dog. PSOLUTION: A disposable and absorbent nonwoven fabric is formed into a belt type to thereby prevent slippage of the male dog during movement thereof, surely apply the disposable belt to the tip of a penis of the male dog, and prevent involuntary urination. Rubber-containing gathers 3 are formed around the belly to thereby provide shrinkability, and the disposable belt is three-dimensionally fitted onto the belly girth. Since the involuntary urination is not caused even in the male dog bedridden over a long period of time, and requiring care, the disposable belt can be used without anxiety. Furthermore, the disposable and absorbent nonwoven fabric is formed into the belt type. Thereby, the disposable belt has good absorbency or air permeability with the result that skin is hard to get a rash, and can be used even for the male dog with bad skin without anxiety.
