PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security upon sharing content data together with other communication devices. PSOLUTION: The communication device is provided with a sharing means for sharing a communication parameter for communicating with the other communication devices through a wireless network, a memory means for storing at least one of a first encryption key employed for sharing the communication parameter by the sharing means and a second encryption key based on the communication parameter shared by the sharing means, an encryption means which encodes the content data to be shared together with the other communicating devices by the first encryption key or by the second encryption key stored by the memory means and a transmitting means which transmits the content data encoded by the encryption means to external devices.
