METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR OZONE STERILIZATION OF CO2 INCUBATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method that ensure sterilization of CO₂ incubator, have no leakage of fed ozone gas to the outside, uniformly circulate ozone in a storage and constantly and continuously control an ozone concentration.;SOLUTION: The sterilization apparatus includes a primary sterilization means for airtightly covering the CO₂ incubator 11 with a sterilization tent 1, feeding an ozone gas from the outside to the CO₂ incubator 11 and circulating the gas, a secondary sterilization means for sequentially discharging a circulating ozone gas outside and circulating the gas in the sterilization tent 1 and a means for taking out the circulating ozone gas in the sterilization tent 1 outside and neutralizing and eliminating the gas. The sterilization method uses the same. Therefore, since the whole CO₂ incubator 11 can be covered on the minimum scale and yet there is no risk because the ozone gas fed inside remains in the sterilization tent 1 even if the gas leaks and sterilization before and after use is approximately completely carried out because sterilization not only the inside but also the outside face can be carried out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
