PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce amount of an alkali chemical agent required for reaction process of melting exhaust gas.;SOLUTION: A melting treatment method of incineration ash includes a first incineration exhaust gas reaction process in which a salt is formed through a reaction between a part of acidic gas component in the incineration exhaust gas and the alkali chemical agent, and a second incineration exhaust gas reaction process in which, after a first separation process, a salt is formed through a reaction between the remaining acidic gas component in the incineration exhaust gas and the alkali chemical agent. Incineration fly ash and the salt formed in the first incineration exhaust gas reaction process are separated from the incineration exhaust gas in the first separation process, and an amount of heavy metallic components that are contained in the incineration fly ash separated in the first separation process is detected. An addition of the alkali chemical agent is adjusted in the first incineration exhaust gas reaction process such that if the detected amount is increased above a set amount, the addition of the alkali chemical agent is increased and that, if the detected amount is decreased below a set amount, the addition of the alkali chemical agent is decreased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
