PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any defective welding of terminals of a sun visor skin to each other when covering the sun visor skin over an outer surface of a sun visor core.;SOLUTION: A lightened groove part 22c having a V-shaped section or the like is formed on a part opposing both terminals of a sun visor skin 24 at a peripheral edge of a sun visor core 22. One outer circumferential side fore end 22a out of a pair of outer circumferential side fore ends opposing each other at the lightened groove part 22c is protruded outwardly with respect to the other outer circumferential side fore end 22b. Corresponding thereto, a fore end of a lower electrode 63 opposing one outer circumferential side fore end 22a in the lightened groove part 22c out of upper and lower electrodes 63, 64 in a welder forming die is protruded in the direction of the fore end of the upper electrode 64 with respect to one outer circumferential side fore end 22a in the lightened groove part 22c, and in this condition, terminals of the sun visor skins 24 are welded to each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
