PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a path allocation program, a path allocation device and a path allocation method capable of easily performing path allocation becoming a source of an antenna operation plan when a plurality of satellites are tracked by a plurality of antennas.;SOLUTION: A computer 1 is functioned as a preparation part 62 for preparing a processing order table 24 based on an every antenna satellite preferential table 53 and an antenna preferential case table 52, as a preparation part 61 for preparing a path time table 25a in every combination of the antenna, the satellite and the path based on a file 23 in which a visual time band of the satellite is set and an object satellite table 51, as a path allocation part 63 for performing path allocation so as not to be overlapped with the combination of the antenna, the satellite and the path set to the pass time table 25a based on the processing order table 24 and preparing the path time table in which an initial value of an allocation flag of the path time table 25a is renewed in every case.
