STANDARD MOLECULE USED FOR REAL-TIME PCR TEST AND METHOD FOR DETECTING THE STANDARD MOLECULE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standard molecule enabling to confirm determination of a false-positive outcome by unintended contamination of a reagent of standard molecule, specimen, etc., in a real-time PCR test simultaneously at the time of determination of test resu and to provide a primer and a probe and an inspection method using them. PSOLUTION: The standard molecule for real-time PCR test comprises an artificial DNA sequence to be amplified under the same PCR condition as that of the standard region of a DNA to be the test object of real-time PCR test and in the same reaction vessel and a target region of a test object DNA. The false-positive outcome by contamination of a standard molecule during a test is determined simultaneously with the test by inspection using the primer/the probe for amplification and detection of only the DNA sequence.
