APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING CORD, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CORD REINFORCING MEMBER AND APPARATUS FOR STICKING CORD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for surely sticking a cord to a body to be molded while surely preventing a thread from loosening/falling from the cord by a simple constitution even when the cord such as the twisted cord, from which the thread loosens/falls easily, is handled.;SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 for supplying the cord to the body T to be molded includes: a sticking roller 12 which has a groove for guiding the cord 22 on the periphery thereof and is used for press-contacting the cord 22 with the body T to be molded; and a guide ring 14 which is arranged on one side or both sides of the sticking roller 12, is inserted loosely into a thick part of the sticking roller 12 and has the diameter larger than that of the sticking roller 12. When the sticking roller is made to press-contact the cord with the body to be molded, the guide ring 14 is moved backward to the center of rotation of the sticking roller 12 by a distance almost equivalent to a diameter difference between the sticking roller 12 and the guide ring 14 so that the cord 22 can be stuck to the body to be molded by the guide ring 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
