PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorbent which can adsorb a perfluoro compound having three or more carbons and having no double bond with high efficiency to detoxify it and to provide a detoxifying process using the same.;SOLUTION: A perfluoro compound having three or more carbons and having no double bond is removed by adsorption with the perfluoro compound adsorbent comprising any zeolite among LSX type zeolite, X type zeolite, MOR type zeolite and MFI type zeolite.
