PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a point that a large amount of energy is required when the waste glass panels produced during the manufacture of a thin TV receiver are recycled to use as a product and that the waste glass panels having different shapes and printed or not printed cannot be recycled to a recycled product with superior designability while maintaining the quality.;SOLUTION: This building glass panel 1 uses waste glass panels formed of hydrated silica and aluminum and having such characteristics that the efficiency of thermal expansion is 37.6 or below, the molding temperature is approximately 1,300°C or higher, and the melting temperature is approximately 1,600°C or higher. The waste glass panes are sorted for each process of disposal, formed in a panel by laminating a plurality of the sorted glass panels in layers (an upper layer 1A, a lower layer 1B, and an intermediate layer 1C) for each type of sorting, and heated at a temperature from the softening temperature or higher to the molding temperature or below for 30-90 minutes for integration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
