PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using a material based on a lignocellulose material subjected to a chemical treatment process as an anti-wood boring insect material.;SOLUTION: The material based on the lignocellulose material, especially a wood piece or sawdust subjected to the chemical treatment process for applying treatment using a chemical substance containing a chain based on hydrocarbon is used as the anti-wood boring insect material.
