PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical sensor keeping stable characteristics by keeping a sensor part always in a wet state by a preserving liquid, even when it is carried by a user.;SOLUTION: In a urine sugar sensor 10, a sensor cartridge 12 is connected to a body 11 through a cartridge support part 13. The cartridge support part 13 is constituted rotatably through a hinge part 14 in a direction shown by an arrow in the figure. A cap 15 is provided, and a screw part 16 provided on the right side inner surface in the figure of the cap 15 is screwed with the screw part 16 provided on the right side (root) of the sensor cartridge 12, and thereby the cap 15 is mounted on the sensor cartridge 12 and sealed as shown by a dashed line arrow. An upper limit line 151 and a lower limit line 152 are displayed on the surface of the cap 15.
