PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition containing a liquid plasticizer that is used in molding a biodegradable sheet or film containing a polylactic acid and has substantially uniformly mixed components, to provide a process for producing the thermoplastic resin composition, and to provide a biodegradable extrusion-molded sheet or film using the thermoplastic resin composition.;SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin, (B) an inorganic filler having a weight-average particle diameter of not less than 0.1 μm to not more than 10 μm, the product of the weight average particle diameter (μm) and the specific surface area (m2/g) of 10 or more and a boiled linseed oil absorption of not less than 40 ml/100 g and (C) a liquid plasticizer and is prepared so that the component (A) is composed of a polylactic acid at a blending ratio of not less than 10 wt.% to not more than 100 wt.%, a biodegradable aliphatic polyester at a blending ratio of not less than 10 wt.% to not more than 90 wt.% and a biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic polyester at a blending ratio of not less than 0 wt.% to not more than 90 wt.%; the ratio (B):(C) of pts.wt. of the component (B) to the component (C) is 99:1 to 50:50; and the blending ratio of the component (C) is not less than 5 pts.wt. to not more than 50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polylactic acid in the component (A).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
