PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant wall structure capable of reducing cost of its installation and preventing thickness of an earthquake resistant wall from being increased even if thermal insulation property is added to this earthquake resistant wall structure constituted by using a corrugated steel plate.;SOLUTION: This earthquake resistant wall structure is provided with the corrugated steel plate 10 erected on an installation face to make folded lines 11 substantially horizontal and a face bar 16 arranged in parallel with the corrugated steel plate 10. This corrugated steel plate 10 is provided with a plurality of first side parts 12 arranged at an interval therebetween in the vertical direction, second side parts 13 each arranged at a position corresponding to a section between a plurality of first side parts 12 in the vertical direction and arranged at a position being remoter than the first side part 12 for the face bar 16, inclined parts 14 each bringing the first side part 12 and the second side part 13 into contact mutually and continuously, and a space part 15 surrounded by the first side parts 12, the second side part 13, and the inclined parts 14 and being like a substantially horizontal zone.
