PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expatriate management system that confirms safety of an overseas business traveler without imposing a heavy load on a management section.;SOLUTION: The expatriate management system 1 is provided with: a work management device 10 for managing the schedule of a worker, and a portable terminal 100 connected through a communication line to the work management device 10 for transmission/reception and displaying the schedule of a predetermined worker stored in a large-capacity storage device 16. The portable terminal 100 is provided with: a GPS reception part 120, and configured to transmit current location information received by the GPS reception part 120 to the work management device 10.
