PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring the use of a flush toilet, an information processor, a method and a program for monitoring the use of a flush toilet, for monitoring the use of a flush toilet for a long term with high reliability.;SOLUTION: A water detection means 11 detects the presence/absence of the motion of water in an automatic water supply type tank, which is generated when water is discharged from the tank to a flush toilet, and thereby detects the chance of water discharge. A clock information acquisition means 12 obtains clock information in detection. An edition means 13 edits toilet monitoring information thereof by a prescribed format, and a notification means 14 notifies the predetermined notification destination of the toilet monitoring information.
