PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to permit execution of a predefined action when a user operates an object displayed on a window and to prevent appearance of the object and background from damaging even when the window is expanded or reduced.;SOLUTION: As an image to be arranged in a background image area defined in the window, a background image file is specified representing a background image displayed with being expanded or reduced according to expanding or reducing of the background image area and is associated with a local area being defined in the background image area and including at least part of a remarkable figure area included in the background image.
