PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging nanostructures which can achieve reliable arrangement of nanostructures in a gap between electrodes and to provide a method for preparing a nanodevice using the method and a substrate for nanodevice preparation.;SOLUTION: While forming an alternating electric field between a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12 provided on an identical line while providing a space therebetween, a dispersion in which a plurality of nanostructures are mixed is allowed to flow in a flow path defined along the direction of arrangement of the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12, whereby the nanostructures in the dispersion are arranged so as to astride the first electrode 11 and the second electrode 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
