PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a bio-polymer measuring membrane capable of simply and rapidly measuring the bio-polymer immobilized on a membrane or the interaction thereof without using a label, and a measuring method of the bio-polymer or the interaction thereof.;SOLUTION: Treatment for locally increasing the immobilizing capacity to the bio-polymer being a measuring target is applied to the surface of the membrane to form at least one bio-polymer immobilizing region being a locally enhanced part in the immobilizing capacity to the bio-polymer being the measuring target as compared with the other region on the surface of the membrane.
