PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing SmCo alloy fine particle of higher magnetic characteristic.;SOLUTION: There are provided a mixing step where a solution in which a samarium salt is dissolved in solvent and a solution in which cobalt salt is dissolved in solvent are mixed to be a reactive solution, a dehydration step of removing water content in the prepared reactive solution, and an alloy formation step in which the reactive solution is heated up to a predetermined temperature after dehydration to cause chemical reaction for acquiring SmCo alloy, and after the chemical reaction, it is left alone to be a room temperature. The all steps starting from the start of temperature rising in the alloy formation step to completion of cooling ice melting are performed under a gas flow atmosphere containing reduction gas or the mixed gas of reduction gas and inactive gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
