PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency in using wireless resources to be allocated to the communication of on-vehicle apparatuses and communication between the on-vehicle apparatus and a communication apparatus other than the on-vehicle apparatus within a prescribed area.;SOLUTION: A wireless resource allocating apparatus 100 includes: a ranging signal receiving part 122 for receiving a signal which indicates that the on-vehicle apparatus mounted on a vehicle is within the prescribed area; an on-vehicle apparatus number calculating part 131 for calculating the number of the on-vehicle apparatuses existing within the area, based on signals received by the ranging signal receiving part 122; a wireless resource allocating part 134 for allocating wireless resources to be used for inter-vehicle communication between the plurality of on-vehicle apparatuses within the area and non-inter-vehicle communication between the on-vehicle device and the communication apparatus other than the on-vehicle apparatus, based on the number of on-vehicle apparatuses calculated by the on-vehicle apparatus number calculating part 131; and an allocating indication transmitting part 123 for indicating the on-vehicle apparatus within the area to use the wireless resource to be allocated by the wireless resource allocating part 134.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
