PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in data protection in an electronic information taking-out prevention system even if an external storage medium is used outside an information protection area.;SOLUTION: The electronic information taking-out prevention system 1 includes: a gate pass card 7; an entrance/exit monitoring device 4 for reading management information 19 stored in the gate pass card 7; and an information processing device 11 connected to a card information input/output device 11c writing the management information 19 in the gate pass card 7. The information processing device 11 generates data storage history information 18 of duplicate data when use data are copied to the external storage medium 17, while the data storage history information 18 is stored in the gate pass card 7 via the card information input/output device 11c. The entrance/exit monitoring device 4 reads the data storage history information 18 stored in the gate pass card 7, and based on the data storage history information 18, determines whether the external storage medium 17 contains the duplicate data or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
