PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calling card with an advertisement, which is user-friendly, and also to provide an advertiser with beneficial information. PSOLUTION: In a system for creating a calling card with an advertisement, a user connects a terminal device to a Web site of an operating company via the Internet, performs member registration to acquire an ID, uses the ID to open a card creation screen, inputs his or her calling card information to make a surface design, selects a favorite advertisement, from a plurality of company advertisements stored in a database of a server to make an advertisement design for the back side or the inner side, and replies for a questionnaire about advertisement selection to insert an advertisement on the back side of the calling card or the inner side of a half folded calling card. The calling card has the advertisement and thus is created at low cost. The calling card, as a small advertisement medium, has a high visibility rate, a high recognition rate and a high storage rate, and enables advertisement popularity measurement from user information, questionnaire, and selection behavior for company advertisements.
